This class will provide: (1) an overview of the software on the InfoCommons PCs and Macs; (2) what deep-freeze is and does; (3) Frequently asked questions about the MACs and PCs; (4) the basics of how to print from infocommons machines; (6) How patrons can print to the color printer in the MDC; (7) What library staff can do to help patrons who can't pay for prints; (8) what to do if the computers aren't working properly; (9) what to do if the printers aren't working properly; (10) what to do if the cash-to-chip machines aren't working properly; (11) what patrons can and can't do with the copiers; (12) what to do if a copier isn't working properly.

This class meets on 2nd floor near the Help Desk.  The Equipment 1 class precedes it immediately, if you would like to do those classes as a block.  Please, no more than 9 people per session, these are "hands on" classes.
