This class will cover: (1) how to change settings on the scanners; (2) how to reboot the scanners; (3) how to troubleshoot common problems patrons have with the scanners; (4) how to use the self-check machines; (5) reasons why the self-check machines may not work for a patron and what to do if that happens.
This class meets on 2nd floor near the Help Desk. The Equipment 2 class follows it immediately, if you would like to do those classes as a block. Please, no more than 9 people per session, these are "hands on" classes.
